-Universities: Registration, grades
-Sales: customers, products, purchases
-Manufacturing: production, orders, supply chain
-Human resources: employee records, salaries, tax deduction

  • A database management system stores, organizes and manages a large amount of information within a single software application.
Use of this system increases efficiency of business operations and reduces overall costs.

Database can be maintained manually or through Electronic devices such as

Database can be stored electronically via computer, digital diaries, and mobile. now we need to know how computer will store data? there are three way which are as follows DBMS, Flat file system and office automation package.
